lawl, I wasn't really serious with my comments here:P I mean...what they wrote was basically not mathematically perfect but the idea is good :D
at 1:39, the interval of integration at the second step is wrong.... you should have changed it already.
it's not -2 times the integral of sqrt(u)du... It's -1/2 in front.
In the end, it's wrong
