wow really a good one.. i was using the store tomato sauce for gobi manchurian.. tht made it very tangy.. now i can use this sauce to make it better i guess :)

To avoid burnt garlic, like you see in the video, add the garlic near the end about 30 seconds before the tomato puree.

it makes about 1/2 cup of Schezwan sauce, you can store it in refrigerator for 1 week or freeze and can last up to 2 months. Thanks :)

I used small size tomato to make tomato puree, just add tomato in blender and grind to make smooth puree. I hope it will work for you...
