  • hi there!its a lovely recipe.i added tomato ketchup instead of puree of tomato,but it turned out excellent as it was sweet and sour and spicy too..thank u so much.

  • To avoid burnt garlic, like you see in the video, add the garlic near the end about 30 seconds before the tomato puree.

    it makes about 1/2 cup of Schezwan sauce, you can store it in refrigerator for 1 week or freeze and can last up to 2 months. Thanks :)

    I used small size tomato to make tomato puree, just add tomato in blender and grind to make smooth puree. I hope it will work for you...
