@ Rishalable: well, the thing is, the break-up doesn't seem hateful and on top of that, the song does have a fairly optimistic tone, so it's pretty much saying "it's sad that we have to break up, but it'll make us stronger and happier in the end."

Plus, it's all about making their last night together as good as possible, so it's not that depressing.
