  • Nice!

  • My computer didn't froze, the video frozen.

By the way...i've never seen blue water :P

  • looks like goop but its really cool

  • Shouldnt the water blend together?

  • @RETROGAMER43 Nope. it's water + oil.

  • how horrifying. it's awesome to know my computer is made of awesome and didn't freeze.

  • pepsi symbol at @1 sec

  • I'm using my phone.. the video is like 1 second long.

  • My Computer didn't freeze... but that's probably because i'm using a system that doesn't run on windows.

  • Great video keep up the good work.

  • the liquid didn't froze? and it didn't blend either :(

  • is it possible to make one liquid dissolve into another, inside realflow 5? I've been trying and I can't figure out how to do it...

  • i7 2600k

    DDR3 16 gb 1600 mhz

    Thats not freezing :D

  • Now THAT was worth watching, I don't care what anybody says; nice job!

  • The three people who commented before me do not know grammar or spelling.

  • Thumbs up if your Computer didn't froze.

  • @n3RoX2010 freeze*

  • @n3RoX2010 * freeze

  • @n3RoX2010 that means thumbs up if you are running linux i guess

  • @n3RoX2010 didn't froze? congratulations you passed grade 2

  • @bandanamask125 In germany ur first english lesson will be in the 5th grade ;)

  • @n3RoX2010 that made guffaw

  • @n3RoX2010 nice grammar

  • @ImSuchaGamer problem? everybody understands me so shut up

  • @n3RoX2010 LEARN ENGLISH ANS PAST TENSE YOU RETARDED FUCKING IDIOT

  • @3Target33 umad bro?

  • @n3RoX2010 Didn't freeze, you mean.

  • mind dindnt froze cause i'm using chrome .......

  • Is the material for the bowl a standard material>

  • i thought oil and water didnt mix......=P

  • @MrJuicer7444 It doesn't. Didn't you watch the video?

  • And Peter Moore (EA) say yesterday:

"Look, you saw Battlefield - how much better could this stuff look at some point? There’s a point of diminishing returns... I don’t even know if there’s anything better than 1080p."

So, what is this video Mr. Moore?? :D

  • My computer froze just watching it haw the F*** did you render this

  • @Ujussab dude your computer is ass

  • @Ujussab What ?! ..... a youtube video can NEVER froze your computer because your gpu have nothing to do ....

  • @Denny7273 no but it froze the awesometer on my computer because it was so far off the scale

  • eeeeew

  • Last night's vomit.

  • I love those simulations. 6 minutes of work. 3 hour of baking. And 5 for render...

  • Really nice. I'd like to see it settle for longer next time :)

  • oil doesn't mix up with water.

  • Thumbs up if your computer froze at the end of it and wouldn't let you replay...

  • @SicilianEskimo

    You too ??

    o_0

  • @SicilianEskimo WTF DUDE! Happened to me too...i really wonder what this is...

  • @SicilianEskimo It's because the advert is right at the end.

  • @SicilianEskimo : If your computer froze then there must be something wrong with it. It worked out nicely, that was a great job.

  • I have a question? whats a RF4?

  • @masterpanos1990 RF4 = Real Flow 4 which is a particle based fluid dynamics simulation package which is used in conjunction with 3D packages such as LightWave, Maya, 3DS Max, XSI, Cinema4D, etc.

  • @TheMusicalVisions thanks friend I now got it

  • what renderer did you use? and how about the fluid material? i could never make a good one... :(

  • @Hxrmn but blender is harder to use, in realflow all you have to do is add an object, an emmiter and click simulate. I think C4D is way better.

  • veryy cool effect :D

  • @santimaui fuck off MAC fag

  • @viralfunnies I quite agree with both. Mac is good but you can't say PC sucks! Thats bullshit.

  • @unknowndragon7 Thank you. Each and every OS has it's pros and cons, just like everything in life. If I had thousands of dollars to waste on a desktop I'd grab a Mac for all my 3D work, but I would never waste my time playing next gen games on them, that's the Windows realm of pros. Just like how my home network server in my house uses neither Windows or Mac, it uses Ubuntu which far superior to either Windows or Mac in terms of network configurability and security.

  • @santimaui What is your factual basis for hating on PC's? Do you have any kind of spec reviews or informed critiques of each's pros and cons? I've been a PC user almost my entire life but guess what, Ubuntu has an OS that will provide more security for a home server then any MAC or Windows-based PC (I'm assuming you meant to say Windows sucks, not PC since a PC can have other OS's on it such as Windows, Ubunutu, Linux, Solaris, MAC, and countless others.) Make since then we can talk.

  • @TheMusicalVisions it´s just like riding a lamborgini or somthing. I use PC everyday because where I am I can´t even afford a Mac right now. Bust when you use them you can see the difference. Sorry But I am a PC user too. And I used mac for years to create animation , video editing, and graphic design. Everything works smoother and faster too. that´s all.

Sorry But I am a PC user too. And I used mac for years to create animation , video editing, and graphic design. Everything works smoother and faster too. that´s all. And yes it´s a Windows problem really.

  • @santimaui Now that makes more sense. I've just grown so tired of people hating on PC's when what they really mean is they hate Windows, which I can agree with. Windows really is at the bottom of the totem poll, in my opinion, and I've been using Windows from when is was born out of DOS. My only grudge with Mac's is that the software available for them, games and such, is damn near impossible to find when I looked and they are WAY overpriced.

  • Wheres the oil and wheres the water?

  • yum .. :S xD

  • 0:01 Ying-Yang

  • glu 3d?

  • Dammit guys, I realize how wrong I am about the CPU cores! xD No need to spam my inbox with rage ^^

  • @Koppis1337 Actually, Intel showed of an 80-core CPU 3 years ago... google it

  • that was cool and very realistic

  • how long did this take to render?

  • in soviet russia... water is on top (wait that wasn´t funny) -_-

  • nice man , although you should pay more attention to physics

  • silly rabbit...

  • gulf of mexico ....hahahahah !

  • Should change how gravity acts upon one of the fluids, to represent a more dence fluid, and see if they seperate out like warter and oil :)

  • What is this, the gulf of mexico?

  • @Xxero0 Booya!!

  • @Xxero0

Yeah looks like BP could have used this simulation. :P

  • @Xxero0 oh snap!

  • @Xxero0 win.

  • Is there any free water rendering programs?

  • @callmepwn

Yeah, blender has water simulation and it's free.

  • @callmepwn Blender will do anything that the big 3D packages will do, it just dosn't look as pretty. From my experince (I use LightWave, Maya, XSI, ZBrush, and Blender regularly) Blender actually seems to be the most stable 3D package out at the moment, in the form that it has never once crashed on me while all my other packages crash all the friggin time which is why I save every 5 minutes. :)

  • 40 likes and 7 dislikes...

    Who can dislike this?!

  • @remyronko People that are jealous :)

  • You as so diffusion that have made it? RF allows to mix liquids?

  • @Maxologic RF4 allows you to mix fluids, new feature compared to previous versions.

  • what was the render time?

  • @PainGuy2 I don't remember but it wasn't very long because I simulated it on an 8-core machine with 8 G of RAM

  • oh wow i see. lol thx.

  • @michaelWakka00 RAM doesn't affect render time? I mean.. baking does, and rendering too if you aren't using a compatible gpu.. Tried luxrender btw? :P

  • @Koppis1337 No, but you can use dual quad-cores. Hence 8 cores.

  • @michaelWakka00

Servers will pack 34 cores sometimes.

  • @michaelWakka00 6 cores do, so were nearly there

  • @Koppis1337

    you're clever <3

  • @Koppis1337

They 8 and also 16-core cpus in university!

But just in univesity of computer sience.

  • @Koppis1337 are you dumb, 8 cores cpus have existed for a long time

  • @15Protech Nope. Six cores max per CPU.

  • @Koppis1337 unfortunately i cant post a link here too crap on you comment butt you are so wrong, AMD opteron has upp to 12 cores Azul vega 3 has 54 cores

Intel Polaris has 80 cores the list is POWER7 has 8 cores and the list is long, very very long

  • @Koppis1337 Lol i am aware that there are processors with much more CPUs.

  • @Koppis1337 lol theres a 32 core intel cpu

  • @Koppis1337 they dont exist... yet! we can have 12 cores. just two 6 core cpus

  • @Koppis1337 AMD Opteron or Magny-Cours 8 and even 12 core CPUs have been around for almost half a year now (since march 2010) and there are boards on the market that can fit up to 4 of them. So, afaik, the upper limit is at 48 cores on one board right now, but it isn't cheap. ;)

  • @herbstwerk not even close to cheap, its more like you have to be a render farm to have them.

  • @Koppis1337 Also depends what type of core you are counting, physical or virtual. :)

  • @Koppis1337 Actually, what about i7series ?

  • @Koppis1337 What about the Intel X5365?

  • @Koppis1337 The Mac pro is a 12 core machine, buy 3 of them and use network rendering then u have 36 cores working for you!!!

  • @davidhayter26 Wrong. the mac's don't have that many.

The best you can get with a single computer is a PC with an evga dual cpu mobo, and dual xeons. You effectively get almost 36 cores in just one machine.

  • @Koppis1337

There are octacores out there, but not for normal users only for companies.

  • Comment removed

  • @Koppis1337 Dude, just delete you comment.

  • @Koppis1337 lol

  • @Koppis1337 lol

  • @michaelWakka00 Holy shit wish i had one off those

  • @michaelWakka00 8 freakin cores ....how ?!?

  • @De2t3ny could ether be a quadcore with ht (4phys) (4logical)

or 2x quadcores on one of those dual socket motherboards

  • @ventHARAS hhhhhhhhhh this is cool because i have no idea what you're talking about :P it's really nice to talk about something that many others just don't know what you're talking about..... nice :)

well in this case everyone here knows but for me :P :D

  • @michaelWakka00

    @michaelWakka00

    FUCKING 8-CORE and 8 Gs!?!?

    .

    .

    .

    .... i hate you... :(

  • @michaelWakka00

Eight-Core...... So uhhhh.... how many thousands of dollars did you pay for that???

  • @Shuttheheckup735 You can get a 6-core for $180.

  • kl nice

  • what was it made on

  • Check the description...

  • Realflow

  • Real Flow 4

  • do u have come plg to mix the color of the fluids?

  • Very cool. I bet it took to calculate and render.

  • Hot damn!

  • ohhhhhhhh its great.

What's parameter u used in emitters ? because the fluid is very nice.

    great job dude.

    take care.

  • Thanks...don't remember the exact parameters but higher resolution is ALWAYS better...I think this one is about 500,000 particles.

  • Nice this video great job.

I like how you mix the fluids.

PS: you also have a message of that idiot harrynicholas!

  • What's a robbie??

  • Robbie is video of this stupid spammer of Youtube "harrynicholas"

writing stupid comments and then replies with her this video Have a 'robbie'

You can see it in your profile.

Or search for "robbie widescreen" on youtube

  • Awesome

  • Awesome!!!!!!

  • THEY DIDNT MIX!!!!...amazing!

  • its was amazing,,,,and water wouldnt mix with oil in the way you were expecting anyway

  • lol, common, of course i know water doesn't mix with oil... -.-

  • I can't wait until Blender's fluid sim can do this.

  • i knw =]

    i love using blender

  • why everyone is obsesed with blender?

is the freeware blender so powerful? :-/

i'm not trying to say no, but i couldnt work with it when i tried it...

  • because its a good idea to support a free program that can do most of what high end software can do.....but then again im a maya user through and through so i cant really talk

  • yeah I use it and it's really nice... just really complicated

  • @MortallicA91 Watch this short movie that was made using Blender and other freeware only and you'll see why Blender gets such great reviews, especially for being 100% free. Just search YouTube for "Sintel"

  • im new to real flow how do you make it look so smooth and real i only know how to make it game graphics

  • O_O Oh Oh!Best I've Seen So Far

  • Nice. Did anyone notice that it formed into the Yin and Yang symbol just before it mixed? :)

What was the render time for this? Looks pretty detailed.

  • Yes very cool , settings and info would be nice :D

  • Nice. What was the scale and liquid settings?
