I'm almost out the door to get a HOG. One more concern: I read an opinion, ( ehx forum?), that POD's de-tune adds convincing aspects to its organ sound. So far, I don't hear it: HOG organ's seems to have it it all over POG, but I could be missing something. I'm sure you can clear this up w/a response, but multiple-unit comparison demos would be great to show how similar pieces differ, (or don't), doing similar tasks, before moving into their unique characteristics.
your slides are what gives it away that its a guitar lol. fantastic. ive always loved splitting my guitar signal to two different octave effects to get the organ sound. but you definitely hit it perfectly. i bet that jem helps out too :P if i was to ever get a guitar with a floyd rose it would be a jem. vai is awesome
Thanks for the demo, that sounds incredible. I am in love! must acquire a hog...STAT!

This guy must have studied psycho acoustics. I never thought of applying my knowledge to guitar pedals. Time to make some crazy sounds.

It seems like almost every vid uses the hog to mimic other sounds. Ultimate versatility right there! :D

That is a great question for the ehx dot com forum.
Quickly: Hog does B-3
Pog and Pog2 do church organs

Would this sound any where near as good though an unmiked guitar amp in a club? Up until now, I've preferred the response of a rapid chorus.

@lazur1
It would sound great!

Not only does it sound like a B3 (especially in the latter half) you've obviously been listening to monster B3 players. Great great!
