Oh my, I had the same experience once so I just stopped buying the products, until about a year ago I found a great fashion fair rep, she knows her stuff. Usually they will just stick anybody in the fashion fair department that don't know a darn thing about fashion fair or women of color, which really work on my nerves! They need to replace lakeisha or whatever her name is, lol!
