I have lived in Illinois all my life. My early years were downstate in a small farm town where everyone owned a gun, we all slept with our doors unlocked at night and neighbors looked out for each other. Later I moved to the suburbs of Chicago and was that a culture shock! They are foaming-at-the-mouth liberal up here and HATE guns or pretty much anything to do with traditional values. I can't stand living in this oppressive state and am moving to Tennessee in a few years!

69 Counties have now passed the Resolution...but not Champaign County, the County discussed in the video. The County Board Chairman has taken it upon himself to not allow the Resolution to get on the Board agenda.

Hopefuly when the gun laws passed over the last few decades go to the suprem court this up comming summer the court will say the states that have put a ban on guns are a bunch of shit and more or less throw out all gun laws except for the ones that keep the insane and ex-cons from owning one. Because as we all know a state that has the right to bare arms has lower crime rates of ever kind. you wont fuck with some one if you think they may have a gun on them its just that easy.
