  • Dude you really inspired me Im 13 and I work at chick fil a and I make about 10 buxs an hour so I bout a pull up bar and i got 10 pound dumbells and my uncle gave me his p90x so I could try it and I cant wait and hope I dont die!

  • Lighten the weights when you do the fly kickbacks mate, your form is poor and your not really getting a proper tri workout ;-) Nice work though, keep it up. on my 3rd week now and its took my fitness to a new and different level.

  • It's a good program, but it's easy to mistake a 90 day "get ripped" program with a continuously healthy lifestyle change. There has to be more balance with the calorie intake demands of that program and the focus on supplements is not the healthiest lifestyle.

    While we all learn how to "Bring It," we should also learn how to bring some sense, too. Being healthy is a lifestyle change that goes beyond a 90 day program and improves in more subtle ways, as well.

    Obviously dude. P90X is a great program that teaches the very lifestyle that you think is such a secret. The 90 days just jumpstart you so relax.
