I would guess not... the airframe is good enough for a 32 sized for sure, that's what I'm using in electric equivalent. The problem though is the torque roll and P-factor will get so strong that your left-biased tendencies will really show with that much power. I think it's just not sized, massed, or designed for that kind of power unfortunately.
No, this is a standard ARF kit so you will need Motor, Servos, Rx and Tx, ESC, BEC, and all the wiring. You can get a complete list of what you need on the Horizon Hobby site. They have a Power 25 and a Power 32 recommended setup. I recommend the 25. : ) My 32 has an insane amount of torque roll on a 13x6.5 prop.
