if u signed a legal document, and u were not 18 yrs. old, that document can be declared non-binding. it might depend on the state, but most consider 18 as a age of contracts that can be enforced.

His words exactly was "if I have to tell you that I am Mexican so you can sign that contract, then I am Mexican". There are good, decent and honest recruiters in every branch, just like you have those that lack integrity. The worst recruiters are the ones that did not volunteer to be recruiters.

i dont know what the fuck this guy is talking about, it has to be a recruiting station in his hometown because you cant even get in or out of MEPS without security unlocking the doors, scanning you with xray, and taking your ids that way the only way you can leave is to check in and check out at the front desk and get you id, then they unlock the doors and let you out.

They put me into a hotel 2 nights before I left for basic training and then the day before I left, I went to MEPS signed my papers and the next morning I was on a flight to Georgia. But, I had to swear in twice, once months prior when I first went to MEPS, then the day before I left AFTER I finished signing my contract.

@soukupb if your talking about MEPS they have awesome security, xray scanners, cameras and locked doors, you have to be signed in and signed out and the doors are only unlocked with a button by the workers at the front desks. also they take your id when you in and when you sign out you get it back so they know its you leaving also, recruiters from recruiting stations arent allowed in MEPS, only the MOS specialists and other workers that help the processing
