It's called "Happiness"! It's a song Isaac wrote about his grandpa! So gorgeous!

Its actually about his wife,

when they we'rent married she lived all the way in Australia & he couldn't do anything about it.

Hence the ending, " you'll wake up & she'll be home "

No, Look After You was written about his wife in Australia! At the concert I went to in October '07, Isaac explained that this song was written about his grandfather who had fallen in love with someone new in a nursing home...it's a beautiful story <3
