It is a quest that is available in bloodmyst isle for players lvl 10+. You get to deliver people things while riding an epic mount, BTW if you dismount in the middle of the quest, you cannot get back on, you will have to go back to the quest giver and re do the quest. If you wanna ride longer, you can keep abandoning the quest and re aquiring it. Just make sure you are at the quest giver before you abandone it so you dont have to walk back.
