No. Its only open to visitors twice a year.

The residual radiation is still 10 times above normal which means that you get half of the normal daily dosis everyone is exposed to in just one hour there.

The site is safe for a normal visit but not for fully opening it to the public.

Camping there for instance,... would be very unhealthy. ;)
