  • Certainly this woman is expelling a lot of energy! Why may I ask do so many of the exercise routines today involve the use of so much momentum? People like to throw the weights to the top position and let gravity do 10% of the work on the way down, rather than the lifter resisting the weight on the way down while fighting gravity? I thought Arthur Jones proved that the lowering of the weight is far superior to the raising of the weight for building strength.

  • I spent about an hour going through your website last night Marianne. Of course I just barely scratched the tip in that time. I don't quite understand why you have put all of that together in such great fashion and then give it away for free but God bless you and your mission in life, whatever it is. I know that I feel extremely grateful and blessed by you. And I'm just betting I'm not the only one who feels this way.

  • KItty... I watch you here and I am totally impressed. Working out with KB's myself I know how intense it all must have felt by the time you finished. But, you've got the mettle for it for sure. I also have to say, NICE back shoulders and upper arms!!!!!
