You can buy tickets at Lumpini Stadium but they are not cheap! I think 2,000 Baht per person but the Muay Thai is such good quality, it's worth it.

@marti32 Thais pay less, that's true. But foreigners do not pay less than 1,500 Baht. And if it's a big show, then the price is 2,000 Baht.
