The problem w/ your solutions is that many of them are violative of the 8th Amendment. You can't legally sanction the execution of a person for unlawfully entering our nation a second time. The punishment is excessive in view of the crime ... not to mention unnecessary.

As a Canadian, I can't say too much about the frustrations Americans face with illegal immigration. Canada has much fewer. As a Christian, I can say your punishments seem quite cruel, and unecessary. Perhaps you want to pray about this to find peace with God about the situation, and that your leaders / future leaders may come up with a reasonable solution. Smaller fines ie 250 - 500 k with the threat of even minimum 5 to 10 years in jail will deter most people.
