@NeCacaluXuxultic unfortunately I haven't done that yet with my famicom. And I can't find the tutorial on that either :( But as far as I remember it was simple - you just need to solder one capacitor between audio spot on the board and your audio output jack. I can't remember the exact numbers, but your capacitor shouldn't have less than 12V
@Brutalexecution, hmm how bad is the background noise? If ya know the UF of the capacitor required, that will be enough to know that it would work or not.
@NeCacaluXuxultic noise is pretty bad, btw I am not using original AC adapter, maybe that's why it sounds so noisy (just like my sega genesis). I did some research and found that someone was using 47 uF (10V) capacitor for audio. I think you should experiment with this and similar capacitors, let me know if it worked.
I have bought a Famicom to play my american Nes-games. So I wonder just like "KilleRotom" if you get the right speed from the game after this MOD, and if not what can I do to get the right speed on my Pal TV?
@KilleRotom I think that adapter does that. But I think you can also connect audio cables directly without the adapter. I will try that tomorrow and see what happens.
where is the tutorial to fix the background noise? :/

Does the mod or the NTSC to PAL adapter slow down the music to 50 Hz?
Please answer :)
