You are aware that there is a dispute over the so called 'self portrait', that it is not even of Leonardo? Leonardo only lived to be 67 yrs old and the drawing is of a man considerably older, near 80. Leonardo was painted many times, and though there are similarites to the 'self-portrait' there are major differences in the general facial exression and features of the two. Pls see my vid on the 'Faces of Leonardo DaVinci'. His face is very recognisable in Renaissance art especially by Luini.
