@riglerjoe trust me it works, i got it yesterday and i almost hit it 2 more times, just slightly miscalculated by inches. its very common for someone to go there, cause its the only way to get to the cliffside.
but yes i agree with you, to a degree it requires a fair bit of luck but on a map like hazard which has so much open space, its difficult to find perfect placement .
