The voicebank is for a voice synthesizer (please excuse me if that is spelled wrong) program called UTAU. The singing is done in UTAU and then in a different program, you can put the singing to some background music.

Anyways questions and I can try to help you the best I can, (I have been using UTAU for about a year and a half now so hoepfully I can answer anything you have.) If I can't help you, I will direct you to a page or someone who can ^^

Can you write the music or modify it yourself, or is that just set as is? Cause if you could write/modify things like in GP5 that'd be amazing! :D

Well you can only do the singing part. (I don't know what GP5 is... sorry). But yes you can "write" the melody for the singing~

@Thelonelyqueen2 thats still pretty sweet (GP5 is guitar pro 5, where you can write your own music to whatever extent of your skills and have it played back)

OH yeah its kind of like that~

It is really sweet~ I really enjoy using UTAU XD and one of the coolest parts to it is that you can put your own voice into the program (the black haired guy in this video is ChaoFreak1's(CF) voiced "UTAUloid"

The site is japanese so I can give you a link to a forum that is all for UTAU (with the download sites page in it) It makes it a bit easier to understand~

This page tells of the system requirement s and then it gives the link to the program, along with a patch to make UTAU into english
