It honestly appears as if the child didn't understand which event he (wolfe) was referring to, the original event, or the part where producers of the (cnn) show had asked Falcon to RE-ENACT getting into the attic "FOR THE SHOW" (displayed on the left side of the split-screen at the same time Wolfe asks the question).
