that's music for my ears... class... you just can't compare a BMW M3 to a Mercedes C63 AMG... hate the high pitched sound from the BMWs... in addition to that the M3 interior sucks... BMW is not the classy concept that Mercedes has... please drive and test each one considering all factors and you won't ever be dissapointed with the Mercedes... just my opinion and experience...

Far as I'm concerned if it's made for that car makers car by one of the companies contracted out by the car maker, and installed at the factory or the Dealership. it's Stock. Too many people claim their vehicles are custom when all they did was check an option box when they order their vehicle.

I personally drive a ls2 GTO (6.0L) and my mom has an 09 c63. Would take her car anyday over the Pontiac. As far as speed goes I think the c63 with the 7-speed tranny would take it, but it would be closer than most would think.

The new SLS AMG's exhaust system was designed before they even had the engine modified exactly how they wanted it. Ex. You can't say by going from stock exhaust to let's say, Flowmaster, there won't be any acoustical difference, please, be realistic.

^ he's right, gurkanowns is right, c0olaA is wrong. of course its a wideband, thats usually the easiest place to put it on cars that come to get dyno'd. on my wrx i have one permanatly mounted in my downpipe, but the bung had to be made for it, most cars dont just have an extra place to mount an 02 sensor so putting it in the exhuast is the easiest. i bet i get better readings having mine at the bottom of the downpipe then at the end of the muffler though.
