HEy, english guyz...That tank was dispatched there as a memorial of the battle. In hungary, they stopped using T-34 in the 60's.. Just one of the protesters (veteran) carried to the event a T-34 accumulator, and benzine, and with other guys help, they started it! No ammo, notz anything, that tank was there to be a part of the memorial scene.

HEy, english guyz...That tank was dispatched there as a memorial of the battle. In hungary, they stopped using T-34 in the 60's.. Just one of the protesters (veteran) carried to the event a T-34 accumulator, and benzine, and with other guys help, they started it! No ammo, notz anything, that tank was there to be a part of the memorial scene.

Irrisponsible asshole who ever drove that tank. He could of easily kill a lot of people driving that big machine around in the big crowd like that. In the USA the police would of shot that guy on the scene with good reason, not just teargas him. And the hungarians are crying about police brutality? If shit like this would happen in the USA there would be a lot of dead people, because the police here are very triggerhappy and they are not used to handle situations like this.

Right. But how do you shoot someone in a tank? Police are only equipped with rubber sticks or maybe airguns with rubber bullets lol. They thrown some teargas around it AFTER the fuel has run out. Fortunately nobody was harmed.
The guy who drove it didn't even get sentenced. He's a 60yo veteran and got away with reasoning that "Nostalgia caught him"...
