@TheMompatti We have a rescue group for her if someone is willing to foster her and gets approved by ARNO - Animal Rescue New Orleans. Youtube doesn't seem to want me to put URLs so you will have to google them or go to Facebook and search for them. Thanks.
@TheMompatti There is no vet on location at this shelter and parish will only pay minimal vet care on an emergency basis. The dog is available to rescue groups to pull or someone who will adopt her and treat her injuries (which may require surgery)
Go to Animal Rescue New Orlean's website and fill out an application (under Adoption:Dog...they use the same app for foster) and let them know you are interested in fostering Sweet Pea. ARNO is willing to pull her and help her, but can't do it unless there is an approved foster home willing to take her. The shelter will only release her to a rescue group since she needs medical care.

You can get more information from Animal Rescue New Orleans (ARNO) on Facebook - It looks like she needs to be pulled by Tuesday and can be fostered.
