  • OOOH... Didn't realize that. Wasn't going to follow his "recovery" week anyways. On day 18 now but doing 4 weeks of phase 1. Phase 2 looks scary with all the different pull ups... but can't wait to try. :)

  • @laurasykora17 - Nope, "transition week" is optional. Different training modes from phase 1 to phase 2 so transition not required

  • Great job. I'm currently on day 8 and loving it so far... Love seeing what's in store for me!

  • @PhinneyFitness L pullups are definitely the toughest pullup for me

  • Oh so your lower back gets super tight when doing L Pullups too? I thought I was just odd. I usually do L Chinups but I went wide pullup like Tony does and those killed me!!!

  • @macluvr6 I didn't do before pics because I am not doing P90X2 for body transformation. I will do after pics though
