Utorrent has an option called "Force re-check". To find it simply right click on the torrent. You can only select it when the torrent isn't running. But it didn't help me one bit with this torrent I'm stuck on @99,8%.

Just use the Manual Hash Check by right clicking your torrent. then start your download again and wait. your done.
