@Penatendiffs Danke! Zum fliegen ist der Motor zu schwer. Evtl. ensteht eine Version mit Gussteilen welche deutlich leichter werden.

Diese Motoren sind komplett selbst gefertigt, also bis auf die Schrauben, Muttern, Lager usw. Gruß

heck, I think that thing could power a full sized car!

yeah, it could power a geo metro and give it a topspeed of 35 mph. this motor doesn't have the torque and power that a real car's engine has, and it doesn't need to. it's powering an airplane that's like, 1/25th the size of an actual plane. it only needs 1/25th of the power (though it makes more)

holy shit that really does sound authentic. i always dreamed of a Garden railway with a real 12cylinder diesel powering the generators inside the locomotive but that would be a lifes work to make. clagging around the garden, in my dreams.
