@memama2 My wife is trying to recover from a stroke...the assholes next door chain their huge dumb dog to a tree and his LOUD barking has impeded my wifes recovery to the point that we may have to take her away from her own home to recover. Talk the neighbors? Yeah, they smile in your face and promise you the moon...then do as they damned well please. Its the OWNERS who suck.

tjbollman1 P.S.: I finished a biography that had a secret outed for the 1st time. The author STOLE & rehomed the evil neighbors dogs. About 8 of them. As he left them alone & barking year round. He lived alone. She watched him leave. She PRE-planned her move & snatched the wet starved dogs & drove them to new owners. The idiot came over year after year & said "I wonder if someone is stealing my dogs"? She always expressed remorse. It was WIN - WIN for the whole neighborhood.

tjbollman1 - get a friend to help STEAL that dog & dump that pup in the next State. Plan ahead. Get a snatch pole & borrowed kennel. Drive all night. Have family stay in your house with lights on & go out on the "search" to help find CUJO. All fake cry & post flyers with those idiot owners. Then bring your wife home to peace & quiet. Repeat if necessary. You only have 1 life. Let your wife live hers in your home. Let the neighbors get the hint when their 666 dog goes "missing"...lol
