I love my srt4 i wouldnt trade it for an evo. Its a great daily driver car that still had the power to smoke half the things you run into on a daily basis. I never even heard of an SRT4 untill my girlfriend told me about one she seen and liked. Where you located im down for this, the srt4 is rockin a borg warner s362 tuned on E85, and since that last post i bought a 05 MR and im telling you from a roll my stock acr would pull it, and i cant even compare now, the evos stock with a reflash the srts not a comparison, by the way i hook just as hard as your evo with my drag radials and lsd... have raced many evos and stis with it
i will take your lancer any day of the week, and we will see how many problems you have, the evo is fucked. the srt is in the same class but the retail is alot less which mopar did for a reason the car was born for rally, and why do you need leather to gut out it was designed for real racers, and will hold its own to anything out there.

the stage 2 isn't an upgraded turbo. its just a new computer with bigger injectors and upgraded sensors. it runs extremely rich so the srt really isnt gaining much out of it. Now if it was tuned then that thing would be a beast and the evo wouldnt even be lose

No it isn't. The Evo used the 4G63 motor, the SRT-4's designation is A853, they are not related. The turbo on a Neon SRT-4 is of Mitsu make, though.

@gawdspeedej20 banks they dont always approve for used vehicles like that its easier to get a brand new vehicle for the price...tried many of times to get a supra or evo and had to settle for a new 350z or something

Where you located im down for this, the srt4 is rockin a borg warner s362 tuned on E85, and since that last post i bought a 05 MR and im telling you from a roll my stock acr would pull it, and i cant even compare now, the evos stock with a reflash the srts not a comparison, by the way i hook just as hard as your evo with my drag radials and lsd... have raced many evos and stis with it

i will take your lancer any day of the week, and we will see how many problems you have, the evo is fucked. the srt is in the same class but the retail is alot less which mopar did for a reason the car was born for rally, and why do you need leather to gut out it was designed for real racers, and will hold its own to anything out there.

I have a SRT 4 and from what it sounds like earlier in the top of the thread is a kid that played way to much need for speed or your typical honda guy that got his ebay boosted ef hatches ass kicked by a stock srt, i have nothing against evos, own a bad ass 2g as well, and im sure you hate on them to, well to tell you the truth evos are not that great, its just you watched toyko drift and got a hard on cause you wished you owned one, so did everyone that was 16 that watched

so. fq400 is still a car. and there are soem in st louis driving around. evo kills srt4, thats how it allways will be. cant take a srt4 on tight turns haha. cars for kids who cant afford a really mans car with a turbo.

the stage 2 isn't an upgraded turbo. its just a new computer with bigger injectors and upgraded sensors. it runs extremely rich so the srt really isnt gaining much out of it. Now if it was tuned then that thing would be a beast and the evo wouldnt even be lose

The turbo is literally the mopar stage 2 kit. He has a boost controller on it though, so little more psi out of it.
