I have a portable zip up one, it has definitely made a difference! I watch a DVD and before I know it 30 minutes has flown by in no time and the sweat is pouring! Showering afterwards really shows how much comes out of the skin, especially when using exfoliating gloves or similar skin scrubber. You really feel refreshed afterwards, and sleep like a baby. Gives a whole sense of well-being...I can't imagine life without it!
