isn't that just like dogs to not want their dog house?! Our dogs (well, now it is just one dog because the other one got ran over the other day) but they never went in their dog house except when they were playing, but in the winter when they needed it, they wouldn't go into it they would rather be in the house with us by the stove!! they even tore off their jacket things we got for them! they only wore them in the summer when they didn't need them!!

I like the scene where Daniel and his father are signing the Lord's Prayer. I work at a Zaxby's resturant and there is a deaf family who comes to dinner regularly. I'm learning sign language so I can communicate with them easier. An excellent resource for learning ASL are the Basic Sign Language video tapes with Billy Seago. They're almost 20 years old, but you might be able to find them at the library.

I went to a deaf church& school once, it was soo cool! I learned some ASL along the way. What was really stupid of me was that I did have an ASL book, but completly forgot to bring it. But the experience was awesome even without it, xD. Thanks for this episode!

I LOVE this episode. It shows Lauren really growing up. I also love this because it has sign language. In a historical educating kind of a way it shows that sign language is not a modern creation. Its been around for a while. If i'm not mistaken even Native American(not political correct i know) had there of form of speaking with their hands. I was partially deaf as a child but i never learned sign language in a special setting; i taught myself. I want to become a sign language interpretor.
