Sanbon is simply three-part. Three steps. We made these up ourselves since that's the assignment, it's a must for 1st Dan.
We know it's quite stiff, we had short pauses to show people what we're really doing. If we did it full speed, half the folk present would have no idea what went on.
We also made some adjustments, we found the 2nd move was somewhat strange, we changed it.
