Have you tried the Paint apps for the Ipad and the Android lines? No more ot having to watch the monitor while your hand works on the Wacom. Unlike the blankety-blank Cintiqs with 85 wires coming out of the back, it goes anywhere. But you probably know that already. The Nintendo DS is a blast to draw on, too.
i agree with stank, but you must have talent to be able to do something like what this guy is doing using the digital pen, its really hard to get used to it, i only use it to add color to my caricatures.
Would love to see what you could do with a tattoo machine.

this is awesome, what computer program or software are you using? are you using a mouse to sketch?

This program iscalled Alias Sketchbook Pro. Fantastic feel of a pencil. I use a Wacom Tablet to sketch.

I would say .. stick to marker and paper. The computer is not the most terrific tool for producing caricatures.
