In the states we got an updated interior and dash for '84. Japan and Australia (maybe Europe, too, I don't know) kept the same dash.

people, this car is an australian spec RX7. The VIN plate said 85.

that is no 85 i have a 84 and 84 85 are pretty much identical and the cluster doesnt have the voltmeter in the spedo

i have an 85 rx7, non turbo, Wats the turbo like performance wise and wats it like on fuel? Well was anyway, that you sold it :(

With 274HP @ 9psi with a hi flow S4/5 turbo economy was terrible... 10MPG or 26L/100KM in the local language. Was running rich though, with a tune I reckon it would have been a fair bit better... With 2T oil was around $100AU a tank for 230 kays. I drove it hard though!!!

Thats an 85? the cluster donsnt look 85.. cuz my first car was an 85 and mines didnt look like that. Now i have yet another rx7 lol.. 83 =D
