It is the general jollity that I despise. Scheduled happiness is never good. It's the same with New Years. Having to for some reason be ritualistically happy and having a good time is a pain in  the arse. Pluss I hate the lights and decorations. What sane person puts a tree INSIDE their house?

The majority of YouTube is a collection of videos created to entertain strangers. you chose to sign up for an account, you chose to watch this video and you CHOSE to leave comments that couldn't be seen as constructive. When challenged, you started to get irritated. I was just voicing my opinion, but you seem to have "voicing your opinion" confused with "being hateful and disrespectful"

I like the old favourite songs, they give the feeling of culture and continuity. New ones sometimes lack christmas ambiance. The worst was one is that emotionally self-obsessed one by Wham "Last Christmas". Completely against the spirit of the season. Do we want to know about George Michael's cruising lifestyle year after year. Bring on Noddy, classic carols and the joyful christmas songs.

Christmas Carols are generally Religious hymns (Sacred)

While Carol does essentially mean ‘song’ there is a difference between then two.
