I love the song, but there are issues with the audio. Editing is needed especially with the drums, sounds like when you record at a concert and the sound is too loud to make sense. It's hurting the song, and it's a great song.

Had to turn the volume down to a minimum, the guitar tears my ears apart - why is it so noisy and distorted :O? It's a nice song, and I love your new heavy sound.
Not saying you don't know what you're doing (obviously you do), but... Needs Mastering. BADLY. Maybe a recording issue, but something has to be done. You guys have talent. Need to let it shine. Love the sound.
Been a big fan since July 06....after listening it for a few days, i kinda like it now. I think a bit more adjusting and balancing the tracks out i.e. accentuating your voice on the top the bass and drums will bring success to you and your band. As if you don't need any advice or comparison, I think Paramore's Brick by Boring Brick is an example of what I'm trying to point out.

wow.. you really have good raw music here.. i'd suggest better vocal balance with noise levels of music.. vocals are good quality, just not balanced level wise with other sounds, would be TOTALLY different in a big hall. there's something magic about this music.. keep it up!

The mix sucks... You need to find someone who can work sound well, that way everything is evened out and your vocals are the focal point.
Also, you seem to be doing what some female singers do: the harder the song, the more masculine their voice. You have such a lovely voice when you sing softer--I would say "brighter" but that gives a negative connotation to tone.
Don't try to be so hard. You've got the talent. If you really like this genre, work it on a softer more feminine level.

I think the person who mastered this used laptop speakers. It reminds me of 64kbs ".wma" sound quality when those first came out, bass and treble are distorted. Guitar sounds fake, like guitar rig was used, and are mono. I think you should save this channel for solo songs. Vocals seem to be the only thing going here, and I'm not sure if the style matches. Still good, just needs some better mastering.
Great job Meghan. However, mixing needs to be a little better. Your voice needs to be a lot louder. Either that, or the lower end needs to be much less. Metal does NOT mean all you hear are the bass and drums.

Let me first say that the track is really good. But... it is completely overdriven
(is this the exact word? I'm not sure...) what maybe happened when you did the
upload. And you really need someone who can do a better mix. Your singing is
not IN the music, it is somewhere above. The guitar and the drums sound like
you did record this is a practice room (well, maybe you did...^^). All in all it needs
just a good mix and then it is great. Keep on with it. :)
