@xocutie97 its a ballet combination. but the first step is a demi-plie. the next thing, a combo does something like this:
retire to passe then retire down to close behind. tendu derrier, degage derrier, another tendu and degage derrier, then again retire to passe and down closing front. Tendu, degage, tendu, degage, tendu, degage, to the side. then a releve with the foot in passe, lift the arms to fifth en o to balance, then close that passe leg behind and do it on the other side. hope i helped!
@xocutie97 i couldnt fit it all into the other box so... (oh and sorry for all the spelling mistakes, no accents, etc)
the next bit after that is: 4 ronde de jambs en deyor, on the last one brush the leg up straight infront of you, not too high off the floor, fondu keeping the knee straight and flexing the foot, then ballance for a second, then pointe the foot again, close it into first in a tendu, then demi-plie, and again on the other side. not sure about the next one, sorry!
@xocutie97 for the next one, lol sorry about the long replies. the next one is:
pointing one foot infront, (im guessing that the preperation is a tendu devant) step onto it and grande battement with the other leg in a sort of half battement balance, finishing with it behind you and step onto that one, pointe the other foot again. repeat three times, then walk around to the other end of the barre. and again on the other side. :)
@xocutie97 then it's pirrouettes at the barre. that one is kinda easy to follow. hope i helped!! (truth is, im happy to cuz i hurt my foot and could only watch my last ballet class, so i'm at home from school. lol.)
@cnharrison123 there's lots of ways (and even devices you can buy online and at dance shops) but the easiest and cheapest is to point your feet! and make sure not to scrunch your toes, that does no good. When I was really trying to develop my arches, I would stick my feet pointed straight out under the couch, just make sure its not very painful.
Can sombody tell me some excercises for "lift" more the legs?? or o get strenght on theme for it... thnks!!
