Yes it is. You can directly replace the 3cyl 1L Metro motor (made by Suzuki) With the g13b engine and it would pretty much be a Swift. If it was AWD then you would have the Cultus.

swift probably had all steel engine, forged pistons, rods, and a compression raise.

@BillyVax Actually no. Being FWD its strong point is definitely not the launch. They are geared (usually) to be most powerful in 2nd. They have 4.11:1 Gearing which is great for launching, but lack in traction. I would say this one has altered diff and/or gears.
