its not spear its arm bands on scorp the same thing happened to sub zeros arm gaurds and cages hand wraps another cool glitch is as sub make your last hit before you finish him a throw ie the frozen sword stab then knock that person in the pit the sword is still there as they fall

@darksylux101 yes it is still loading to 720p. looks like that scorpion had first the kable and they later switched it to the chain...
