i love it, evry time i go for my vacation in the philippines i would go to the market buy and cook it by myself. it is called curacha in my country. i feel hungry now i miss eating this curacha.
Yup, we did eat them stir-fried but they didn't seem that meaty, maybe they (the trawler) gave us the really small ones instead of the large ones (that were probably kept to sell away)

the common names are SPANNER CRAB and FROG CRAB
