I want to tell you that I never wanted to read the Bible because I felt this was only about the Jews and them and them over and over. I felt I am not a Jew so God does not address me I thought that the Jewish people can sin and are still going to be called special. ya but this guy forgets how many times Jesus talked about himself as Lord in the gospels, which were written as first hand accounts by ppl who knew him. he acts like nobody was in agreement with Paul when in fact the whole bible agrees with Paul, even James. You can't fulfil the Law to the tittle like Christ could, because the Law was not simple to adhere to without the sacrifices instituted afterwards. First you have to be convicted of the sin, then you had to atone for the sin There had to be a sacrifice remission.Just recognizing a sin doesn't atone for it. If I had to marry Mohammed, I would rather go off in the desert to die if I must, than have a dinner date with him. I want to tell you that I never wanted to read the Bible because I felt this was only about the Jews and them and them over and over. I felt I am not a Jew so God does not address me I thought that the Jewish people can sin and are still going to be called special. But when you read the O.T. and see how much they were displeasing God, only a few chosen prophets could be called out as good men of God. Really if they wanted to fake it, they wouldn't be showing themselves as soooo disobedient.

@mrdedat1 Do you remember the Ark of the Covenant that Israel was given instructions on building and it was considered Most Holy, that even when Israel's enemies took it, they were stricken with boils and such, and when they placed the Ark in the pagan place of worship, their false god dagon was knocked to the floor. And the enemies were in a panic and wanted to return the Ark of the Covenant back to the Isralites. And they put it on a cart with a mule ant it found its way straight back.

ya but this guy forgets how many times Jesus talked about himself as Lord in the gospels, which were written as first hand accounts by ppl who knew him. he acts like nobody was in agreement with Paul when in fact the whole bible agrees with Paul, even James. James is a very short book with a specific message. Just because he doesn't outright refer to Jesus as Lord doesn't mean he doesn't believe it.

Verses such as "i and the father are 1" does not mean jesus is god, it means 1 in the sense that they both have the same purpose.

Jesus is the son of God. God is 3 people: the father, the son, and the holy spirit, and it states this in the bible. I don't believe in any other scriptures that were not included in the Christian bible because I believe Christianity is the one true religion and I believe that if God had wanted these books in the bible then he would've had them in there.
