Financial Crisis Solution, A repeat of the Great Depression - Same criminals (LPAC TV)

I am studying up on the Great Depression and am dismayed to find how it has happened that FDR is now viewed by a significant number of people as being ineffective at best at combating the Depression, or at worst a contributor to prolonging it. Your idea sounds to me as if it might possibly have been a good solution. Although I believe it would be impossible to implement since it would threaten so many monied interests.
