One thing I absolutely love about Christina Perri's music (the songs I've heard, anyway) is that they all avoid using gender-specific pronouns. These songs can be sung by a woman to a man, a man to a woman, a woman to a woman, or a man to a man, and no pronouns have to be altered. People can sing these songs by themselves without having to worry about changing self pronouns to "he" or "she" or romantic pronouns to "him" or "her." It's wonderful.

I personally think it's great she was featured in Twilight because I think she's hugely talented and deserved the success and recognition she received since her involvement with Breaking Dawn exposed her music to millions more people than would have heard her otherwise.

@olistar3388 Just a word of advice, move on. It's really hard, but it works and I moved on. My best friend's not talking to me anymore, but I don't really care. If he had really loved me he wouldn't have reacted this way! So if your best friend still hates you, move on!

I personally think it's great she was featured in Twilight because I think she's hugely talented and deserved the success and recognition she received since her involvement with Breaking Dawn exposed her music to millions more people than would have heard her otherwise.

@olistar3388 Just a word of advice, move on. It's really hard, but it works and I moved on. My best friend's not talking to me anymore, but I don't really care. If he had really loved me he wouldn't have reacted this way! So if your best friend still hates you, move on!

@MrRatedRRockstar I realize that you can't see god,touch him,or talk to him the way I talk to you,but it doesn't mean he isn't there.Every time a breeze blows through the leaves or rain falls from the clouds. Just look around,the proof is in every wave of water,gust of wind,or grain of grass.The earth is magical,and for something like this to be created from some scientific theory is impossible.You just need to open your eyes to see what's already right in front of you.
