GM CLOSED NUMMI. THE UAW OWNS 17.5% OF GM.

TOYOTA CAN'T FINANCE NUMMI ON THEIR OWN, IT WASN'T THE INITIAL AGREEMENT...IT WAS BECAUSE OF GM THAT THE TOYOTA EMPLOYEES WERE LAID OFF.
