Behind the indian with the axe, there's a sign that says NeverNeverLand. So the whole display goes along with the flying Peter Pan and Wendy. The female indian is probably Tiger Lily (not Pocahontas, lol).

The boys in green are the Lost Boys and the animals are Hook's pirates.

Unfortunatly, that doesn't explain why they're all singing carols and why the models are as hideous as they are. :)
