@mistophil it all depends....but the secret is to focus on holding your breath and relaxing.....if you try to focus on getting air you will panic.....and you only get held under for 15 sec max.....ive seen a video of tamayo perry falling at chopes and getting held under for only 7 sec yet he claimed it was the worst wipeout of his life
