Wow so we should only give to God so we can expect thinks back in return? That was not the point of giving at all. If you give looking for something in return then you aren't really giving at all. Looka t galatians, it says if you follow the law then you have forsaken Jesus, and must follow all the laws. Hebrews says tithing was part of the law. But even if it wasn't, neither was circumcisn and animal sacrifices and we don't do those anymore.
