This video is like a great movie trailer -- it intrigues without giving away too much. The keys to Stephen Mitchell's success as an interviewer are 1) his ability to ask the right questions, and 2) the sense to let his interviewee talk without unnecessary interruptions. In other words, he makes it obvious why his interviewee is worth interviewing. Excellent work!
