Hi Titli,

i'm sorry that i have to criticise you, but...

you should put a shot of organic milk with some freshly ground black pepper in in the boiling water,

it really brings out the flavor and if you like some chinese 5spice, but that's optional....

last but not least, if you don't mix in some arugula, the salad will taste to bland...

a sprinkle of freshly chopped parsley over it and voila!

you made an OK dish... ;-))

Okay... when you saw the top off of a boiled egg, you know you are a MEGASOOPERDOOPEROOPERchef. Personally, I'm more into rustic flavors, so I use a rusty machete. It takes more precision, but the finished product makes it worth it. Plus, you cannot beat the Tuberculosis aftertaste from using rusted appliances.

Oh, excuse me! For a moment I thought I tuned into Food Network by mistake. I was blinded by all the glitz and glamor. Please keep the cooking lessons down to food that us every day folks can easily do at home. I simply don't have the big budget you posh chefs have for luxurious fine dining, such as REAL chicken eggs. I have to use the plastic Easter ones. And Monster Munch? Who can afford that? Besides, my friends would think I was just trying to show off with expensive garnish.
