day9 says the money u lost for cancelling a pylon is well worth it if you can take off like 2 drones from mining to attack the pylon. now wouldn't it makes sense to just fake a cannon rush on every game by placing a pylon right before the opponent's eyes to take his workers off mining for a bit and cancelling that pylon at end?

it may be true, that placing the pylon to either block a hatch oder faking a canon rush gives the protoss a little resource advantage, but on the other hand it also delays his tech, as the 100 mineral sacrifice is taken away from the money needed for a cyber core, a forge or a gateway. because of that, most players dont rely on the harass pylon in every game. but if you know, that at some point you have 100 minerals floating anyway, you only stand a gain in throwing down the pylon.

I love this, not the series, those were boring as hell, but now all the people who are saying archons are broken or overpowered. They got a +1 range buff and now cant be raped by concussive shells and ff, that was a reasonable and warranted change, nothing massive. All it takes for people to say that something is shitty to overpowered is ONE player using it correctly. Learn to adapt my zerg brethren!
